Pricing

Pricing

Technical SEO pricing that scales with the size of your website

No hidden fees, no confusing tiers designed to upsell you. Every engagement is scoped around your site’s size and complexity — from a one-off audit for a growing local business to an ongoing partnership for an enterprise ecommerce platform.

Engagement Options

Three ways to work with us

Choose the model that fits where your business is right now — you can always move between them as your needs change.

One-Off Technical Audit

A comprehensive audit and prioritised roadmap, ideal if your team will handle implementation in-house. Delivered as a written report with developer-ready tickets.

Implementation Project

We audit and directly implement the fixes ourselves, working alongside your existing team where needed. Ideal for businesses without in-house SEO or dev capacity to spare.

Ongoing Partnership

Continuous technical SEO support — monitoring, new audits, and implementation — for sites that publish or change frequently and want issues caught before they compound.

One-time payments and subscriptions, made simple

Depending on the engagement model, you can pay as a one-time project fee or a recurring monthly subscription. One-off audits and implementation projects are billed as a single payment on completion of scoping. Ongoing partnerships are billed monthly, with no fixed-term contract — you can pause or cancel with notice if the engagement isn’t delivering value.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, the payment infrastructure used by millions of businesses worldwide. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe’s checkout and never stored on our own servers.

Secure checkout

Payments processed by Stripe — your card details never touch our servers.

Flexible billing

One-time project fees or monthly subscriptions, depending on engagement type.

No fixed-term lock-in

Ongoing partnerships can be paused or cancelled with notice.

Clear invoicing

Itemised invoices for every payment, sent automatically via Stripe.

What Affects Price

What determines your quote

Every proposal is scoped individually — here’s what we actually factor in.

1

Site size & complexity

A 40-page brochure site requires meaningfully less audit and implementation time than a 100,000-SKU ecommerce catalogue.

2

Platform

WordPress, Shopify, Magento, Wix, and custom-built sites each carry different technical constraints and implementation effort.

3

Scope of work

A one-off audit is priced differently to a full implementation project or an ongoing monthly partnership.

4

Number of markets

International SEO engagements scale with the number of regions, languages, or domains involved.

5

Urgency & support level

Standard turnaround pricing differs from expedited audits or engagements requiring faster response times.

Get an accurate quote

Because scope varies so much between a small local business and an enterprise ecommerce platform, we don’t publish a fixed price list — a single number would either overcharge simple sites or undercharge genuinely complex ones. Instead, every quote starts with a short conversation about your site and goals, followed by a clear, itemised proposal with no hidden fees.

Request a free audit and we’ll include indicative pricing for next steps based on what we actually find — not a generic package.

Comparing Engagement Types

Which option is right for you?

A quick guide to help you decide before you get in touch.

Choose a one-off audit if…

You have in-house or agency developers who can implement fixes, and you just need clear direction on what to prioritise and why.

Choose an implementation project if…

You want the fixes made for you directly, without needing to coordinate your own development resource for a single project.

Choose an ongoing partnership if…

Your site changes frequently — regular content, product launches, platform updates — and you want issues caught continuously rather than found months later.

No surprises, ever

Every proposal is itemised before any work begins, so you know exactly what you’re paying for and why. If, during an audit, we uncover a much larger issue than initially scoped — a full replatform recommendation, for example — we’ll flag it and discuss next steps rather than silently expanding the invoice.

For subscription engagements, your billing amount and date are always visible through Stripe’s customer portal, and you’ll receive an automatic email receipt for every payment.

Itemised proposals

Know exactly what you’re paying for before work starts.

No scope creep surprises

Bigger findings are flagged and discussed, never silently billed.

Stripe customer portal

See upcoming charges and payment history at any time.

Automatic receipts

An email receipt for every payment, every time.

What’s not included by default

To keep proposals honest and accurately scoped, a few adjacent services are quoted separately rather than bundled by default: paid media management, content writing at scale (we advise on content strategy and structure, but large-volume copywriting is typically quoted as its own workstream), and link building outreach campaigns. If your project needs any of these, we’ll either quote them as an add-on or recommend a trusted partner — whichever makes more sense for your situation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have fixed pricing packages?
No — site size, platform, and scope vary too much for a fixed package to be fair to most clients. We scope every proposal individually after understanding your site and goals, so you’re never paying for more (or less) than what your situation actually needs.
Do you offer monthly subscriptions?
Yes, for ongoing partnership engagements. Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically via Stripe and can be paused or cancelled with notice — there’s no fixed-term contract locking you in.
Is payment through Stripe secure?
Yes. Stripe is one of the most widely used and heavily audited payment processors in the world, handling payments for millions of businesses. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe’s secure checkout and never pass through or get stored on our own servers.
Can I switch from a one-off project to an ongoing partnership later?
Yes, this is common. Many clients start with a one-off audit or implementation project, then move to an ongoing partnership once they’ve seen the initial impact and want continuous monitoring and support.
Do you require a deposit for larger projects?
For larger implementation projects, we typically split payment into milestones rather than requiring the full amount upfront — this is agreed as part of your itemised proposal before any work begins.
What happens if I want to cancel an ongoing subscription?
You can cancel with notice as outlined in your agreement — there’s no long-term contract trapping you in. We’d rather you stay because the work is delivering value than because you’re contractually obligated to.
Do prices include VAT?
Pricing is confirmed as part of your itemised proposal, including whether VAT applies based on your business location and registration status. We’ll always be explicit about this before you’re asked to pay anything.
Can I pay annually instead of monthly for an ongoing partnership?
In some cases, yes — annual billing can be arranged for ongoing partnerships and may include a discount versus monthly billing. Ask about this when discussing your proposal if it would suit your business better.
Do you charge extra for reporting or account management?
No — reporting, dashboard access, and a named point of contact are included as standard in every engagement type, not billed as separate add-ons.
What currencies do you accept?
Stripe supports payment in a wide range of currencies. We’ll confirm the currency for your invoice as part of your proposal, based on your location and preference.
Is there a minimum contract length?
No. Ongoing partnerships run month-to-month by default. If a longer commitment genuinely makes sense for your project — for example, to lock in a discounted rate — that’s optional, never required.
